Geothermal Wells Installation On-going

August 8, 2019: Installation of geothermal wells for the historic Nathaniel Allen House is progressing smoothly and nicely. The 18,800 SF historic structure is being renovated as an arts & culture center that includes music recital classrooms, art gallery spaces, catering kitchen spaces and a blackbox theater. Due to the restrictions on placing any equipment outside the building, a geothermal heating and cooling system was engineered.
